Government announces traineeship programme for young people

Some great news was announced yesterday by the Government with their plans for a new, six-month scheme aiming to give young people in England the necessary skills required to get into work.

The proposals are currently open to consultation where employers, training providers, young people and other interested parties will be able to comment. If put in place, the programme would help young people get job-ready by including things like CV writing, how to look for jobs and how to prepare for an interview.
