I would just like to say a huge thank you to Horbury school's cybermentor team. They also offer great advice their website: http://cybermentors.horbury.wakefield.sch.uk/. This school also gave me some advice on how I could help improve the TMWS school's peer mentor program. I will hope to be able to make some more changes to the scheme once I have re-trained all of our mentors and refreshed them of what they should do. Don't forget if you ever need to chat to a mentor out side of school hours you can chat to a Cybermentor on www.cybermentors.org.uk.
